Ticket refund possible until Jan 31 2021
Ticket refunds can be applied for spectator stand and track tickets that were purchased through Lippupiste (lippu.fi) channels in October-November 2020 for the World Cup events 28.-29.11.2020 and 3-6.12.2020.
Similarly, the refund right applies to tickets purchased for the World Cup event in March which have been changed during the summer 2020 for new tickets in November-December 2020.
The applications are possible only through the Lippu.fi -service at https://web.lippu.fi/palautus/ (the page opens in Finnish but you can change language in the up-right corner). Shipping costs and service fee are non-refundable.
Ticket returns must be applied by 31 January 2021.
In case you want to support the event organiser and decide not to apply for refunds, you do not need to take any action.
