Ukraine will be remembered at the Biathlon World Cup in Kontiolahti

The municipality of Kontiolahti and the organizer of the Biathlon World Cup Kontiolahti Athletes show their support for Ukraine with the country's blue and yellow flags in the competition arena.

Ukraine's blue and yellow flags are displayed on the stadium's giant screen and as individual flags in the stadium area.

The public can show their support for Ukraine, for example, by painting a Ukrainian flag on their face at the Kontiolahti municipality's face painting station or by making small Ukrainian flags with them.

The municipality of Kontiolahti and the Kontiolahti Sportsmen's Association encourage citizens to participate in helping Ukraine, for example through monetary donations collected through a reliable operator.

The Kontiolahti Athletes have participated in the regional civic collection and sent health care and hygiene supplies to Ukraine.
