Hippo skiing Sun 25.2.2024 at 12 noon at the stadium

Welcome to traditional Hippo skiing at Kontiolahti Biathlon Stadium on Sunday 25.2. from 12 o'clock!

Series:
- Sprint race for those born in 2012-2018 at 12-12:45 (race number collection at 11:15-11:45). The style of the sprint race is traditional and the ski distance is approx. 500m.
- Stunt skiing for those born in 2012-2019 at 12:30-2:00 p.m. Younger children are the responsibility of parents. There is no timing in trick skiing.

In addition to Hille Hipo, Joensuu Hiihto-Kataja and Kontiolahti Urheilijat participate in skiing. Juices and sausages are available for skiers. There is also a sledding hill on site and the opportunity to try eco-gun shooting. All participants will be rewarded!

The frost limit for the event is -15 degrees, we will notify you of any changes by email. Please note that photos taken at the event can be used in accordance with good practice on OP Pohjois-Karelia, Hiihto-Kataja and Kontiolahti Athletes' channels, such as in annual reports or on social media.
