The application period for the refund of ticket money is until the end of January
Ticket refunds can be applied for grandstand and track tickets purchased through Lippupiste's channels in October-November 2020 for the World Cup events on November 28-29, 2020 and December 3-6, 2020.
The right of return also applies to tickets that were purchased for the March 2020 World Cup event and exchanged during the summer of 2020 for new tickets for November-December 2020.
Refund of ticket money can be requested at https://web.lippu.fi/palautus/ Delivery costs and service charge are non-refundable. Ticket refunds must be applied for by 31 January 2021.
If you do not want to collect the ticket money back and thus support the event, you do not need to take any action.
