Booking and cancellation conditions


Cancellation terms for program and restaurant services

  • Cancellation 7 days–5 days before the start of the event: 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
  • Cancellation 4 days–1 day before the start of the event: 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
  • Invoicing is based on the number of people confirmed 4 days before the start of the event.

Payment methods

The prices of all products are in euros. The prices include value added tax, either 10, 14 or 24 percent depending on the service. In addition to the prices of the products, we charge delivery costs and a possible invoicing surcharge.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Online banks

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions implements the payment brokerage service related to online bank payments. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

Delivery costs and delivery methods

Suomen Posti is the delivery option.

1. Delivery costs - €6.90/shipment

The total delivery time is 2-14 business days from receiving the order. Your order usually arrives within 2-4 business days after we have sent the order from our warehouse.

Foreign deliveries

Currently we do not deliver orders to Europe or other countries.

Exceptions in delivery times:

Products that are not available by the mailing date must be reordered. We recommend ordering pre-order products separately for this very reason. We do not automatically send follow-up deliveries. At the time of the release of new products, there may be congestion in our warehouse due to large orders. In this case, the delivery time of orders may be slightly longer than normal.

Right of exchange and return

All of our mailable products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. You therefore have the right to cancel your order, exchange products for replacement products or return products without a separate reason within 14 days of receiving the order. You can exchange and return the product free of charge if you follow the instructions below. So you only pay for the first postage of the order when ordering, otherwise you will not incur postage for an exchange or return. NOTE! If you return the products, we will refund you the price of the products, but not the price of the postage you paid. You must return the products to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember that not picking up the order is NOT the same as returning the order. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days of its arrival (DB Schenker 14 days) and the order is returned to us, we will charge you for the delivery and return costs of the product. If you want to exchange your returned products for replacement products, we will deliver the replacement products to you free of charge. If you want your money back for the products you have returned, we will normally pay the refund to your account within 7-10 business days after receiving the return. Note! We do not refund shipping costs.

You are only responsible for a reduction in the value of the goods that is the result of processing other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Please include the return form with your return. You can download the return form from the delivery confirmation sent to your e-mail from the section Order exchange and return right and from there the link Download and print the return form.

Return of packages that arrived via post:

Notify by e-mail the following information:

- Name

- Order number

- Which products are you going to return or exchange (and which product are you exchanging for)

- Posti tracking number of the returned package

NOTE! A processing fee of €9.90 will be charged for unannounced returns.

Remember to ask the Post office for a receipt for your return. In this case, Posti is responsible for your return shipment in the event of a possible loss. NOTE! Without a receipt, we cannot take any responsibility for the possible loss of the return shipment.

Washed, used or modified products cannot be returned / exchanged. So make sure that the products are in like-new condition. If the products contain, for example, pet hair, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. Always return the products in their original packaging, and if it is a set of several products, always return all the products in the set. The following products do not have the right of exchange/return: Tickets, merchandise, products made or modified according to your wishes and clothes, if they have been used.

The customer accepts the prices valid at the time of the order. If, after receiving the order, the customer notices that the price of an ordered product has changed (for example, due to a discount sale), the customer does not have the right to return the product just to get the product at a lower price. NOTE! Always check the products you order (also open any packaging) IMMEDIATELY after you receive them. In this case, you can immediately make a complaint about possible delivery errors or broken products. Adjust the clothes you ordered immediately after receiving them. If you are returning products with an invoice as a payment method, please note that you must pay the total amount of the invoice minus the value of the products to be returned by the due date of the invoice! Read the washing and care instructions for the clothes carefully and follow them. Products washed contrary to the instructions do not have the right to return/exchange. If you exchange products in connection with an order made with an invoice as a payment method, please note that you must pay the total amount of the invoice in full by the due date of the invoice! If the customer leaves several orders uncollected, we reserve the right to demand payment in advance for future orders or to not send the customer any more orders.

Promo Codes

Sometimes we offer our customers campaign codes, which can be used to get a discount on an order or free delivery costs, for example. If you have a code and want to use it, follow these steps:

▪ The code is used by adding the products normally to the shopping cart, then entering the code in the "promotional code" field and pressing the "Save" button, in which case the benefit given by the code will be included in the order.


▪ If you return ordered products and the value of your order falls below the minimum order limit mentioned for the code, the benefit of the code is no longer valid.

▪ Pay attention to capital and small characters. Write the code exactly as shown.

▪ Remember to check the validity period of the code.

▪ When using a code entitling to free postage, the customer will still have to pay a possible billing surcharge when ordering with an invoice.

▪ Only one campaign / discount code can be used when ordering.

▪ Euro and % discount codes only apply to product prices, not postage.

Implementation of the trade agreement

Usually, the sales contract ends when we deliver the order to the customer. If you have provided an email address, you will receive a notification that the order has been received. By accepting and delivering your order for shipping, our part of the sales contract has been fulfilled. However, if necessary, we have the right to terminate the sales contract in other suitable ways, such as for example by canceling the order and paying back the amount the customer paid us.

Damaged Shipments

When you receive the shipment, make sure that it is undamaged (if necessary, open the package in the presence of a Posti official and check the contents). Never claim a damaged package (e.g. a torn package), because by doing so you agree to receive damaged products! If the package is damaged or opened, always make a complaint immediately at the Post office.

▪ All products are mailed from our warehouse in Finland.

▪ Joensuun Seudun Jäähdytetty Latu Oy / Kontiolahti Outdoor does not deliver orders abroad at the moment. If you are ordering products abroad, contact our customer service We can assess according to the order whether a solution can be found for the delivery.

▪ Always check the products you order (also open any packaging) as soon as you receive them. In this case, you can make a complaint about possible delivery errors or broken products.

▪ Order confirmation messages are sent in HTML format by default, so when you place an order, allow your email program to receive HTML messages. If you receive an empty order confirmation message or otherwise have problems with receiving order confirmation messages, contact our customer service

▪ The validity period of special offers is always stated in the online store.

▪ Special offers are short-term offers, and we cannot always guarantee product availability. The offers are only valid as long as the products are in stock.

▪ Our terms and conditions apply to all orders.

▪ All information related to the order is stored in the Joensuun Seudun Jäähdytetty Latu Oy / Kontiolahti Outdoor information system, and is not disclosed to third parties, except in necessary cases, such as to deliver the order.

▪ We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.

The price displayed in the online store at the time of ordering is the legally binding price, excluding errors on the website.

▪ Due to printing technical reasons, the color tones of the images may in some cases differ slightly from the real one.

▪ Ownership of the delivered products is transferred to the buyer only when they have been fully paid for.

▪ All information on our website is protected by copyright law. Any kind of copying and quoting requires permission from the publisher.
