First snow camp with accommodation and meals

Training opportunities:

• Skiing training on the first-snow pistes opens on October 21, 2023, on pistes made from cannon snow stored over the summer.
• The length of the track at the time of opening is 1.5 km. Additional tracks will be opened in October-November up to 4 kilometers. When natural snow permits, there are several race tracks 2–7.5 km and easy 10–20 km practice tracks.
• The versatile track profile offers options for both fitness and competitive skiers. The difference in height of the Ensilume track is 36 m and the maximum rise is 31 m. The stadium is 120 m above sea level. The slopes and roller skiing track are 89–129 m above sea level.
• Ensilumenlatu is located at the Kontiolahti Biathlon Stadium in the middle of the Kontionpolut route, a trail network designed for over 35 kilometers of running, hiking and mountain biking. Along the paths, you can still reach the Jaama Trail for about 60 km, as well as along the Kolinpolku to the hilly landscapes of Koli National Park. Pärnävaara's roller rink is a 25-minute drive away.
• The stadium has a 30-seat shooting range (Kurvinen)
• In connection with the stadium, there is also a gym and 21 ski lubrication and changing room facilities

Accommodation and dining:

• Accommodation 1 km from the first snow slope with half or full care in spacious, clean rooms for 2-4 people, with good beds and cupboards/compartments for storing clothes and equipment. Separate toilet and shower facilities for women and men.
• The food offered is as far as possible domestic and locally produced, healthy, versatile and tasty food, suitable for the needs of athletes and people who move a lot.
• For full treatment, the price €62/person/day includes VAT, breakfast, dinner, evening snack and the use of bed linen.
• For half-board, the price of €50/person/day includes VAT, breakfast, lunch or dinner and the use of bed linen.
• During the first snow season, the price of €69/person/day for under 18s includes full board, piste fee and the right to use the gym at the biathlon stadium.

For groups of more than 10 people and for stays of more than 7 days: ask for a separate offer.

The accommodation also has maintenance facilities for clothes and equipment, leisure facilities (television, games, free WIFI).
