#SupportKontiolahti

The #SupportKontiolahti campaign, born from the initiative of the partners and citizens of the Biathlon World Cup event, gives individuals and companies the opportunity to support the race organizer, who faced a massive financial loss.

In order to curb the spread of the coronavirus, the Biathlon World Cup event in Kontiolahti was organized without an audience and with a competition organization reduced to a minimum. As a result of the public ban, the organizer was left without ticket sales revenue, the amount of which was previously estimated at 400,000 euros.

Financial support can be shown both by citizens and companies who have bought tickets to the event, and by people who have not yet bought tickets.

You can show your support by becoming a member of the Kontiolahti Athletes:

See the instructions for becoming a member on the Kontiolahten Urehilijde pages.

You can show your support by buying products from the Kontiolahti Biathlon online store:

The store has products that were meant to be sold during the event. The selection includes e.g. tickets for the stadium tour, shooting championships, caps, bags, t-shirts, hoodies, reflectors and other competition products.
Check out the online store and order products here.
