Public transportation

On every competition day from Thursday to Sunday, the easiest way to get to the stadium is by bus, right next to the main gate. The bus schedules will be updated later – at the bottom of the page you can find map information about bus departure points and routes. Bus capacity has been increased on Saturday – buses provide convenient access to the stadium. Bus schedule added to Sunday – the first bus to Joensuu leaves from stadium at 17:00.

TRANSPORTATION ADDED FOR TRAINS ARRIVING FROM JOENSUU RAILWAY STATION:

• Departure from platform 1, i.e. the reserved platform. The bus will drive from the train station via the Joensuu city centre to the stadium.
• Thu 5.3. at 17:00 and 17:51
• Fri 6.3. at 17:00 and 17:51
• Sat 7.3. at 13:12 and 14:51
• Sun 8.3. at 13:56 and 14:51
• The return buses will arrive at Torikatu in the centre of Joensuu, i.e. the return buses will not drive via the train station.

Route: Joensuu center - biathlon stadium - Joensuu center

Departure and return:From Joensuu market on Torikakutu (see map). See the schedule above.

Route: Kontiolahti - biathlon stadium - Kontiolahti. You can board and disembark from all stops on Keskuskatu.

Departure and return: Bus station (Puistotie). See the schedule above.

Route: Lehmo - Biathlon stadium - Lehmo. You can also board and disembark along the route (Kylmäojantie-Kruununtie-Napakympintie).
